Mr. Harshit Kiran, Advocate by profession, is currently working as the Associate Counsel at SKV Associates and is the Honorary Director at MyLawman. He is having around 2 years experience as an Advocate. In his short span of time, he has to his credit Excellence Award, 2022, Students Excellence Award, 2019 & other awards, various publications in UGC Care listed, national & international renowned journals and as chapters in books. He has been invited for several talk shows & has been invited in numerous webinars, conferences, seminars, workshops, etc as a guest speaker & resource person & as a judge to adjudge the Moot Court Competition. Apart from this, he is also an author of a book titled, ‘Legal Research & Methodology’ published by MyLawman Academic Publications & has co- authored book titled, ‘Laws on Medical Negligence & Legal Remedies’ published by Whitesmann Publications.
He has completed his BBA LLB course from Maharishi Law School, Maharishi University of Information Technology, Noida. Additionally, he was also the Convener of the Moot Court Society, Academic & Internship Society & Literary Society of his College and was the Editorial Board Member of various journals and books. He was also the Director of the Executive Council at AGISS Research Institute.
