A Glimpse in History

This is our fourth endeavour in this realm for bringing together academicians, professionals, research scholars and students, to deliberate on the provided themes and paint a comparative picture of the legal intricacies prevailing in divergent countries of their choice (they must however, take into consideration, either India or Australia whilst drawing a comparison). Prior to the current conference, we had organized an International Conference on Comparative Law on February 18-19, 2022 and another in February 19-20, 2021, in collaboration with School of Business & Law, Edith Cowan University, Australia and yet another International Conference on Comparative Constitutional Law – Comparing and Contrasting the Constitutional Models of India and Australia, on February 14-15, 2019, in partnership with the prestigious, Adelaide Law School, University of Adelaide, Australia. Selected papers from the Conference were published in an edited book titled, “Comparative Reflections on the Constitutional Models of India and Australia”, published by the reputed, Bloomsbury Publication.
