This webinar aims to provide knowledge to all the attendees about the functions which are necessary for the regulatory authorities to follow and their role in protecting the consumers from such disturbing practices.

About the Speaker

 Mr. Bhagyodaya Mishra is an advocate in Gujrat High Court & Supreme Court of India. Mr. Mishra is an enforcement Department Special Public Prosecutor, Government of India and Anti-Corruption Special Public Prosecutor, Government of Gujarat. He has appeared in number of landmark judgments and has been standing council in matters of RBI, ONGC, IRTC, BIS, Allahabad Bank, The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd., The Centre of Entrepreneurship Development etc.
