About the Organisers

MyLawman (www.mylawman.co.in) is a legal not-for-profit organisation and e-learning platform for legal resource sharing, serving law students, legal professionals and legal academia. Its tagline is "Innovations in Law", and it works to bridge the gap between law school and the professional world.

MyLawman runs several divisions: a law blog cell (articles, law notes, case briefs and guest posts), an opportunities portal (call for papers, conferences, internships, courses and competitions), a Research & Innovation Division, and its journal, the MyLawman Socio Legal Review. It has organised international seminars, conferences, winter and summer schools and certificate courses.

MyLawman ProAcademy is the training arm of MyLawman, offering professional training, courses and schools for law students, legal professionals and law teachers, in collaboration with academics, practitioners and law firms.

About the International Conference

Algorithms now influence decisions once reserved for judges, police and public authorities: predictive policing, risk scoring, automated welfare decisions, e-courts and AI-assisted adjudication. This conference brings together jurists, academicians, technologists, policymakers and researchers to examine how due process, equality, privacy and accountability can be protected when justice is mediated by code, and how the rule of law and human rights can be strengthened in the age of algorithmic justice.
